In order to give good all-round service and to bring B+B into line with the self-catering we also provide, we have specific start days. We do not accept one night bookings, but the longer you stay the greater the discount. As all our accommodation is for couples we do not take children or babies. We are primarily offering peace and quiet.

For comparison, the basic B+B rate is £30 per person, sharing a double room. However, a 2-day break for a couple is £110 in total, 3/4 day £165 and 7 days £290. Single occupancy, if available, is 25% extra on these rates. The table below shows the benefit to you by this approach.

During the off season these rates are reduced by 20% with no surcharge for singles.

Two day breaks start on Fridays or Saturdays, 3 day on Fridays, 4 Day on Mondays. Note 4 day weekday break is same price as a weekend 3 day.

Necessary maintenance may curtail opening off season and New Year will depend on how the holiday falls. We are not open at Christmas. We are a non-smoking house.

Dogs are welcome by pre-arrangement, subject to basic rules and at no charge. We have a 2 acre field where they may be allowed to run off lead. One bedroom is kept free of dogs.

This is not an offer of availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Bookings agreed on this basis will, of course not be affected by any such change. Holders of Loyalty Cards will be allowed an additional 5% off the relevant Break price.
