Cancellation Insurance (compulsory): Per week or Break - Up to £100, add £7 - up to £150, add £9 - up to £200, add £11- up to £250, add £14.50 - up to £300, add £17.50 - up to £350, £19.50

Weeks: Start on Saturday. Bookable any time. 10% discount for 2 or more weeks. Max 4 consecutive weeks any one booking.

Short Breaks:   2 day start on Friday or Saturday. 3 day start on a Friday. 4 day start on a Monday Bookable any time in winter (excluding Christmas & New Year); from week before Easter until end of October, bookable only up to 10 days in advance.
*** Note 4 day same price as weekend 3 day.		 Dogs: (2 max & ground floor Apartments only)charged at £16 per booking  
       
Generally:   Total hire up to £150 payable on booking. Above this £95 deposit and balance 3 weeks before start date. Note all electricity, heat as required, bedlinen and towels included FOC
